Our new condo Ekolu 403, has never been in a rental pool so all the basic unit needed was some updating. We've been busy painting and adding our special touches like new flooring as well as new furniture for the living room and master bedroom. Watch for continued improvements as we "settle in".

We are strategically located in Wailea's Ekolu Village's western side - closest to the water and an easy walk to several restaurants and the Shops of Wailea where there are even more restaurants.

Lush flowering tropical foliage surrounds us. One of Ekolu's two pools is near by. Delightful paths meander through the complex and (after hours) the golf course too.

Bring binoculars to get close up views of the whales we see frolicking during the winter season. Dine on our spacious lanai and enjoy our spectacular Maui sunsets.

Rates:

HIGH SEASON:
Mid December - Mid April    $250* per night
  & Thanksgiving Week

LOW SEASON:
Mid April - Mid December    $220* per night

* plus State of Hawaii Hotel Tax of 13.42%  

  • Rates quoted are daily and include departure cleaning.
  • $300.00 refundable damage deposit.
  • For stays of less than 6 nights a cleaning fee of $175 is added.
  • Minimum five night stay
  • 2-night deposit confirms your reservation
  • Balance due 60 days before arrival

Policies:

  • No smoking or pets allowed
  • Check-in at 4 p.m.- Check-out at 11 a.m.
  • Telephone: No charge for local calls.

Cancellations:

We recommend travel insurance to help manage the unexpected. We hope it doesn't happen, but if it does...
  • Full refund for cancellation with more than 30 days notice.
  • 2 nights cancellation penalty if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
